What is your returns policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging where applicable. If you have received a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours after receiving your order. You can return or exchange the product within 5 days.
Please note that only defective or damaged products are accepted for return and we do not reimburse delivery costs.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders are usually processed on the same day they are received and dispatched the following day. You should receive your order within three to four days after it as been processed.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards, debit cards and EFT through our secure payment provider. We also accept in-person card payments if you choose to collect your order.

Is my personal information secure?

We only use your personal information to provide our service and improve the site. We also use the order information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Your card details are entered on our partnered payment gateway website and are not stored on our website or database.

How do I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number to track your order on our courier provider’s website as soon as it is dispatched.

Do you offer international shipping?

We only offer shipping within South Africa. You can however, arrange to have your order collected by your own courier if you have special shipping requirements.

Am I able to change or cancel my order?

We strive to process and dispatch orders as speedily as possible. You will need to notify us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order as you won’t be able to do this after it has been dispatched.

Can I collect my order?

You can collect your order or arrange for your own courier to collect from us. Please select the “Collect” option on the checkout page and we will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

Can I view an item before purchase?

You are welcome to view any item before purchase at our premises in Edenvale by prior arrangement. Please call us or use our contact form to make an appointment.
